Enclave is mindful of a homeowner’s need of keeping the costs low but changing their home and presenting their home in its best light for them, the homeowner, and or the market if they are wishing to sell their home and move to another. Enclave works with investors in improving their “property” and helping them to make decisions on refurbishments that will enable them to receive the highest return. Investors often make selections based on a case by case basis because not all properties are alike. Market conditions will almost always come into play and we help with suggestions that help an investor manage their investment.

Enclave’s aim in helping developers is to suggest and recognize a developer’s need for cash flow similar to an investor. Most of Enclaves developers are condominium projects as well as small apartment communities. We would help orchestrate the smallest details to the largest to help with quickly turning the apartment/condo back to a like-able, livable space.

Home Owners

When early settlers struck out for the New World, there was little else holding our young nation together but the land itself. It's little wonder that the Declaration of Independence guaranteed citizens the right to own and sell real property. The American Dream was born. If you wanted to claim your piece of it, you cleared your own land, cut your own timber, and built your own home. In the 1920s only 4 in 10 American's owned their own home, it wouldn't be until after WWII that the American Dream was fully realized by most American's.
